Without objection, Amendment No. 1 was withdrawn. SENATE BILL NO. 102 was automatically in third reading. 2018-04-15 Senate Journal Page 2732 Senator Begich moved and asked unanimous consent to abstain from voting due to a conflict of interest. Objections were heard and Senator Begich was required to vote. The question being: "Shall SENATE BILL NO. 102 "An Act relating to funding for Internet services for school districts; and relating to the Alaska higher education investment fund" pass the Senate?"
