Senator Begich moved and asked unanimous consent to withdraw                                                                    
Amendment No. 1 to SENATE BILL NO. 102 "An Act relating to                                                                      
funding for Internet services for school districts; and relating to the                                                         
Alaska higher education investment fund." Without objection,                                                                    
Amendment No. 1 was withdrawn.

voting due to a conflict of interest. Objections were heard and Senator
